Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and CelaVox (operated by Ibtisam Khalid, Lahore, Pakistan; "we") about using the AlignHour Chrome extension, website and related services ("AlignHour"). By installing or using AlignHour you agree to them.
1. Using AlignHour
You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the meetings and invites you send, and for having permission to add other people's contact details.
2. Plans, trials and payment
AlignHour has a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Team, Business). New users may receive a free Pro trial; when it ends, the account returns to the free plan unless you subscribe. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, whose terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes may be added. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice; founding-member prices stay as promised for as long as the subscription stays active.
3. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund Policy.
4. Team and Business plans
The account owner controls who is on the team and is responsible for the people they add. Seats cannot be shared by several people.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use AlignHour to send spam, to harass anyone, to break the law, or to try to break, overload or reverse-engineer our service or get around plan limits.
6. Your data
Your content stays yours. We process it only to provide AlignHour, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party services
AlignHour works with Google services and public-holiday data. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control. Always double-check important meetings.
8. No warranty
AlignHour is provided "as is". We work hard to keep times and holidays correct, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free or always available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business from a missed meeting. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using AlignHour at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
