If you're not happy, email celavox.ai@gmail.com from the address you used to pay, within 14 days of your first payment, and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.
Renewals
You can cancel any time before the next renewal and you won't be charged again. Renewals already paid are generally not refunded, but if something went wrong (for example, you forgot to cancel and haven't used AlignHour since), write to us and we'll look at it fairly.
Your legal rights
If you live in the EU, UK or another country with a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5–10 business days.
